We do NOT create designs, we simply print what you send us. Many customers find ready to print images on ETSY. If you send us a blurry picture it will print blurry!!!! We are not responsible for images uploaded by the customer. Follow image criteria below:
- Recommended DPI: 300
- File Type: PNG is best! JPG, AI or PDF
- Image should have a transparent background. You will receive the image as you have uploaded it.
We will not refund for poor quality transfers when the digital image is provided by the customer.
All orders will come with heat pressing instructions and parchment paper. Instructions also available on our website under HOW TO PRESS
We are NOT responsible for copyrighted images, please ensure your images are not copyrighted.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.
