We do NOT create designs, we simply print what you send us. Many customers find ready to print images on ETSY. If you send us a blurry picture it will print blurry!!!! We are not responsible for images uploaded by the customer. Follow image criteria below:
File Format: .PNG, .PDF, PSI, AI AND Resolution: 300 DPI AND Must have transparent background
- We will not refund for poor quality transfers when the digital image is provided by the customer.

Maximum width is 18 inches wide x 28 inches tall of your choosing at checkout time. IF THE ARTWORK DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
